Har man unders\u00f6kt evidensen p\u00e5 kroppens p\u00e5verkan i r\u00f6relse biomekaniken i handboll eller v\u00e5gar man inte \u00e4ndra traditioner? Jag tror att man lever i d\u00e5tid mest samt att fystr\u00e4narna har f\u00f6r lite kunskaper inom den evidens baserade tr\u00e4ningen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Visserligen finns det mycket lite evidens ute p\u00e5 styrka och kondition f\u00f6r handboll som \u00e4r offentligt tillg\u00e4nglig, men de flesta av de tr\u00e4ningsmetoder som \u00e4r specifika f\u00f6r handboll bygger p\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 gym tr\u00e4ning med enplans p\u00e5verkan d\u00e4r kroppen inte f\u00e5r stabilisera och synkroniseras s\u00e5 \u00f6verbelastnings skadorna \u00e4r mycket stora. Om man vill skapa b\u00e4sta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningen s\u00e5 kan man t\u00e4nka mer logiskt hur kroppen synkroniserar r\u00f6relser i handboll, p\u00e5verkan i momenten i spelet, att bygga upp en struktur i tr\u00e4ningen d\u00e4r man tar in mer 3 plans p\u00e5verkan ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r &#8221;vanlig&#8221; gymtr\u00e4ning. D\u00e5 skulle kropparna fungera b\u00e4ttre, h\u00e5lla b\u00e4ttre prestera b\u00e4ttre och man f\u00f6ljer kroppens konstruktion ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vi hittar p\u00e5 nya ensida m\u00f6nster som skapar \u00d6VERBELASTNINGAR och skador. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>S\u00e5 st\u00e4ll dig fr\u00e5gan, hur m\u00e5nga plan \u00e4r din tr\u00e4ning uppbygg p\u00e5 idag??
